James graduated on the Dean’s Honour Roll from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree, concentrating in Active Health and Rehabilitation. James is now practicing as a Kinesiologist as a member of the BCAK.

James has experience working with various populations, including youth, adults and neurodiverse children. He is an advocate for living an active and healthy lifestyle and loves to help people meet their goals. James’ goals are to restore movement, prevent injuries and strengthen the body to allow individuals to do what they love confidently.

During his spare time, James can be found hanging out with his family and friends. He also enjoys training and learning about martial arts, working out, and playing sports as well as computer games.

Austin graduated on the Dean’s List from Dalhousie University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Kinesiology) and a certificate in Disability Case Management. Currently, Austin is expanding his practice by attending graduate school at the Canadian School of Osteopathy where he is entering his fourth year of study.

In his practice, he aims to help individuals heal through movement and exercise while striving to help each individual feel great about themselves! Austin specializes in Strength and Conditioning for athletes while creating unique exercise plans tailored for each individual to maximize sports and rehabilitation results.

In his spare time, Austin enjoys volleyball, photography, music, cars, and going to the gym. He looks forward to helping meet your fitness and mobility goals, and most importantly, to help you feel great!
