Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology at UBC and Master of Physiotherapy at Western University.

Jessica is experienced treating individuals with neurological (including Parkinson’s, post-stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis) and orthopedic conditions. She is also experienced working with the elderly. Jessica’s approach to someone’s care is to listen and understand the clients needs and areas of concerns first. She will then proceed to using modalities that are suited to the individual, including active rehabilitation and manual therapy.

Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia and is a current member of the BCAK.

She continues to increase her knowledge and expand her skills through continuing post-graduate courses, including level one soft-tissue release and RockTape FMT Advanced. She provides community, clinic, and home-based Active Rehabilitation services to treat individuals with physical and functional limitations as a result of injuries and conditions.

Her goal is to have positive effects on individual well-being. She is also experienced in Work Hardening Programs, including ICBC, LTD, and WCB OR 1. Jennifer enjoys helping her clients return to the activities they enjoy the most. She empowers her clients to achieve their personal physical and functional goals through individualized exercise prescription and education.

James graduated on the Dean’s Honour Roll from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree, concentrating in Active Health and Rehabilitation. James is now practicing as a Kinesiologist as a member of the BCAK.

James has experience working with various populations, including youth, adults and neurodiverse children. He is an advocate for living an active and healthy lifestyle and loves to help people meet their goals. James’ goals are to restore movement, prevent injuries and strengthen the body to allow individuals to do what they love confidently.

Claudia is a graduate of The University of British Columbia where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Now, she is practicing as a member registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.

Claudia is passionate about helping people reach their goals – whether it is recovering from an injury, reaching a new fitness milestone, or returning to sport/work.

Austin graduated on the Dean’s List from Dalhousie University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Kinesiology) and a certificate in Disability Case Management. Currently, Austin is expanding his practice by attending graduate school at the Canadian School of Osteopathy where he is entering his fourth year of study.

In his practice, he aims to help individuals heal through movement and exercise while striving to help each individual feel great about themselves! Austin specializes in Strength and Conditioning for athletes while creating unique exercise plans tailored for each individual to maximize sports and rehabilitation results.
